On March 6, 2024, the Community Impact Network promoted Neosha Franklin to the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Network. Franklin had the following message for Network members and the 24:1 community: 

Dear Network community,

I am thrilled and honored to be a part of the Community Impact Network as the new Chief Executive Officer. As I step into this role, I am deeply inspired by the incredible work that has been accomplished in the 24:1 area.

At the heart of our mission lies a commitment to serving the diverse needs of the 24:1 community with the vision of building equity. As we move forward, I am dedicated to ensuring that our service remains responsive to the evolving needs of the individuals and families we serve.

I am filled with optimism and enthusiasm for the future of the Network. We stand at a pivotal moment, poised to make an even greater impact by creating spaces and places where transformational relationships are built. None of us can do this work alone, and it is through the strength of our partnerships that we will achieve our shared goals. I am eager to deepen existing partnerships and forge new ones, uniting with like-minded organizations and stakeholders who share our vision for a thriving, equitable community.

As we embark on this new chapter together, I invite each of you to join me in embracing change, seizing opportunities, and championing the values that unite us. Together, we have the power to create a brighter future for the 24:1 area — one where every individual has the opportunity to flourish and thrive.
