Small Business Workshop: Applying for Federal Relief Funds

COVID-19 presents tremendous health and economic challenges. Recent weeks have been very difficult for many small businesses. The federal government recently passed the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, which includes substantial funding for small businesses (for-profit, non-profit, and religious). If you are a small business, nonprofit, or religious institution with fewer than 500 employees, you may be eligible for funds to cover 2.5 months of payroll. Multiple loan programs and technical assistance are available.

The University of Missouri – St. LouisMU ExtensionNorth County Inc.Beyond Housing (our241.com), the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership, and MOSourceLink are partnering to offer an online information session with a panel of experts and local lenders on how to apply for federal funds.

This session will occur on Friday, April 10th from 8:15 a.m. to 9:15 am. To make this information session as productive as possible, you can submit questions ahead of time when you register.
