The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in lost income for many people in our community.  Missouri has already experienced a surge in Food Stamps applications in response. 

Many people are newly eligible for Food Stamps because of changes in the law in response to COVID-19. These include people who previously lost their Food Stamps eligibility. Legal Services of Eastern Missouri is available to help. 

Legal Services of Eastern Missouri is hosting a Facebook Live event on Thursday, April 2nd at 3 PM to show how to complete a Food Stamps application and provide information about Food Stamp changes. Please spread the word using the message below.

Info on Food Stamp Changes, Application Demo, and Live Q & A

Learn how to complete Missouri Food Stamps applications and help others do the same. Elizabeth Larsen, Public Benefits staff attorney at Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, will demonstrate how to complete an online Missouri Food Stamps applications and answer your Missouri Food Stamps questions. Come learn how to report a job loss, submit paperwork, and get your Food Stamps application approved.
