Consider Friends of Normandy on Give STL Day
Last Friday, we were scheduled to celebrate our bright stars of the district at the annual Friends of Normandy School District Scholarship Gala. The Gala is the primary fundraiser for FON, which provides needed scholarships for graduating Normandy seniors. But like so many things in the last six weeks, coronavirus cancelled the party -- but we still have deserving students who need our support.
Thursday, May 7 is Give STL Day, a day set aside for nonprofits in the area to receive financial support for their respective causes. If you were planning to attend the Gala this year, you can still support our students!
Make a donation to support the Friends of Normandy scholarships on Give STL Day by going to https://www.givestlday.org/friendsnormandy . All proceeds go toward scholarships for our very deserving students.
