PBS KIDS Edcamp on Early Learning

Interested in connecting with others who have a passion for child development and an interest in learning innovative strategies? Join us for this unique professional development model. Participants are eligible for 2.5 clock hours for both Missouri and Illinois. This PBS KIDS caregiver and educator experience is free and includes materials, meals and giveaways.

This year PBS KIDS Edcamp is teaming up with WEPOWER. You're invited to give feedback on the solutions the WEPOWER Tomorrow Builders and Solutions Team members have developed to improve the early childhood education system in St. Louis City and County for generations to come.

The Tomorrow Builders believe parents, educators, and community members impacted by the early education system every single day can create transformative solutions when we lead the solution design process. Now you can  add your voice.

On Saturday, October 19th, WEPOWER is partnering with PBS KIDS Edcamp to unveil our recommendations and plans for implementation across five focus areas—Quality, Workforce, Funding & Access, Governance & Coordination, and Family Well-Being. During breakout sessions, Solution Team members will present solutions and facilitate feedback discussions.

Will you join the growing movement?

Your feedback will be integrated into the recommendations and then published in our forthcoming Early Childhood Education Solution Teams Playbook. Starting January 2020, we'll get to work implementing these solutions!
