Opportunity for families with children entering Kindergarten in the 2019-2020 school year to register, meet the principal and staff, and enjoy fun activities! Agencies are invited to provide services on site, or to have tables at the event to promote their services. Contact the Kindergarten Center or Casey Locey (clocey@stlci.net) if your agency would like to participate! 

To enroll, parents/guardians should bring:

• Child's Original/Certified Birth Certificate
• Current Immunization Record 
• Photo ID (Current Driver’s License/State ID)
• Proof of Residency
  • Lease Agreement/ Current Mortgage Statement
  • Occupancy Permit (within 12 months)
  • Utility bill (one of the following) (within 30 days)
    • Electric Bill
    • Water Bill
    • Trash Bill
    • Sewer Bill 
    • Telephone
  • OR
    •  Enrollment Approval (Special Enrollment)
• Medicaid Card (for immunizations)
