Apply today for a Community Mobilization & Innovation Grant!

The next application deadline for the Community Mobilization & Innovation Grant is August 14th.  This funding bucket is reserved for community groups to implement new and existing community engagement efforts that promote maternal and infant vitality, provide social support and healing, and/or build community in priority zip codes where infant mortality is at its worst.

Here you can find the application, more information, and a video of our past information session and grant writing workshop, which will walk you through the process of developing your application.

If you have already applied for a Community Mobilization & Innovation grant we want to hear from you. In an effort to understand if things need to be improved, we kindly ask for you to complete a brief survey about the grant and the application process. What you share may be used to make the application process easier for future applicants.
