Home visiting programs help local parents access resources and personalized support throughout pregnancy and the early years of their child’s life. Participating in home visitation gives families access to a nurse, home visitor, and/or community health worker who will build a relationship with parent(s) and child(ren) and advocate for the family's desired outcomes.
