Eye Thrive Mobile Vision Clinic at St. Louis County Library

Eye Thrive will offer free eye exams and glasses at five SLCL locations this summer.

Eye exams will be offered starting at 9:00 a.m. at each of the dates and locations listed below. 

Capacity is limited. Exams will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis until all spots are filled. 

Any child age 4-18 is eligible for an eye exam and glasses (Eye Thrive is flexible and may see high school students over age 18). All services are provided free of charge. A parental consent form must be completed prior to the eye exam (but not before arriving).    

June 8-10: Florissant Valley Branch
June 15-17: Lewis & Clark Branch
June 22-24: Natural Bridge Branch
June 29-July 1: Bridgeton Trails Branch
July 6-8: Weber Road Branch

COVID-19 Adjustments
All patients and staff members must wear their own face mask while interacting with Eye Thrive Staff. 
All patients must wear the provided disposable face mask on-board the Mobile Vision Clinic.
Patients will not be permitted to enter Mobile Vision Clinic until they have passed a COVID-19 screening.
Any patients presenting any symptoms of COVID-19 will not be permitted to receive services (symptoms include sore throat, fever, fatigue, loss of smell, or respiratory symptoms).
