FLOURISH Grant Opportunity for Community Groups

Are you part of a community group that supports the health and well-being of Black moms and babies? FLOURISH funds up to $25,000 for projects in the St. Louis-area zip codes where infant mortality is at its worst. We invite you to apply for a grant and join the FLOURISH network of community leaders who are working to eliminate racial disparities in infant mortality by 2033. Find out more here.

Examples of projects we might fund include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing baby-related supplies to families
  • Leading peer groups/education
  • Connecting families to resources
  • Assisting with medical transportation needs

This grant opportunity is intended for new organizations, community and neighborhood groups, and small nonprofits with budgets under $500,000 a year.  Even if you haven’t applied for grant funding before, we encourage you to apply and can support you through the application process.  Visit https://www.flourishstlouis.org/community-mobilization-funds/ to learn more.

The next deadline for applications is Friday, February 19, 2021.
