Locations to apply for assistance in St. Louis City and County, as well St. Charles, St. Clair, Madison, and Jefferson counties. Must bring: photo ID for head of household; identifying documents for the entire household (birth certificate, insurance card, letter from school, etc.); proof of address; proof of monthly household income (including all non-monetary awards).
