Join us for a Virtual Parent Cafe on Zoom! This is an opportunity to gather with other parents (virtually) for Parent Cafes focused on Taking Care of Yourself. We’ll be learning more about protective factors like parental resilience, and creating strategies to help strengthen our families. Parents who do not have the technology to participate in Zoom meetings will have access to VCR's hotspot enabled i-Pad Lending Library. Everyone is welcome to participate in cafes as a parent.
